"The entire experience was very satisfactory. From the front desk to the hotel staff, all were friendly and accommodating. The room was well stocked with necessities. The hair dryer was missing and, upon calling the front desk, a dryer was delivered in minutes. It is a great hotel, deserving of the high ratings from other guests. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially large. The valets were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was very large and comfortable. After checking out, we had a few hours before it was time to go to the airport. We found a comfortable area of the lobby with chaise lounge chairs and just rested and watched TV. I appreciated that they had ice water in the lobby. My only complaint would be that there were no ice machines. There was an ice freezer but the one on my floor never had ice in it. I later found out it was not working and there was ice on other floors, but a sign to indicate that would have been appreciated."

"Very nice property. Very convent to dinning and nightlife. On the Riverwalk so easy to rent boats etc. manny at the front desk did a great job guiding us"

"I stayed for 5 night and everything was a wonderful experience. The staff were so nice and accommodating and even helped with providing a stamp so I can send a post card. The room had everything I needed and enough towels. Every morning, I had breakfast that was available and it was so good. It was so worth it. If there’s another event in Tampa, I’m definitely gonna stop there again. "

"Excellent hotel for a short stay in Tampa. No better location if you have an event at the arena. With a Starbucks on site and good food in the Hotel restaurant we enjoyed our stay. "
