Someone had charged lunch to my room number with my name after I had checked out. They looked into it and refunded me within reasonable time. I will be back."

"The property appears to be beautiful but I found many live roaches and the staff and management did not seem concerned, Beautiful restaurant but the food was just OK. Poolside bartenders and servers were not good at all."

"This is worth every penny. They have a shuttle that not only can get you and take you to the airport, but a shuttle to old town in Key West and back. The food was phenomenal, drinks were awesome and the staff were all willing to help. The pool was gorgeous and it is right across the street from Smathers beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Key West. "
