"Great location. Friendly and professional staff who greeted us every time we entered or exited the hotel. The view from the room was amazing. It is a short 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal if you want to go on a Macau day trip and a 15 minute walk to Hong Kong Central Station, though it can be tricky to navigate a suitcase on some of Hong Kong‘s older, narrow foot paths. We had breakfast nearby at 先滋先覺 which had amazing French toast - highly recommend this one."

"Huge hotel. The lobby was massive. Everything was close by. Staff were very accommodating and room was very clean."

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"We had a great stay at Motto. Reception was so helpful and kind. Steve went above and beyond to help us. Housekeeping did a great job of providing whatever we needed. Room was very clean, and clever use of drawers was handy. The shower was great. We would highly recommend!"

"My husband stayed for the night of Mar 2, 2026. Room is spacious. He checked out early and has his luggage stored with the hotel for free as the flight was in the evening. Special thanks to the staff who handle his luggage pick up on Mar 3 in the afternoon. He’s so nice to tell him there’s an A10 bus stop nearby to the airport. Quite convenient & saved him time & money to get to the airport. We’ve stayed in this hotel several times and certainly will return."

"Door lock and toilet door lock is broken. Entrance to property has bad smell. Amenities has only shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is no shower cap and others."
