The bathroom is spacious with exquisite marble design, featuring double basins, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower unit with rain shower facilities.
The second and third Bedrooms, both lying on the upper floor, one of them features a Queen size and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit as well.
The fourth bedroom on the ground floor features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.

Apart from the water activities that you can enjoy at the beach, there is also a list of other activities which you can enjoy at palm Jumeirah including but not limited to Sky Dive Dubai, For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over the Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Drop zone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina, and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.
You also must try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across the palm and the Marina.
Al Nakheel Mall is located at palm Jumeirah where you will find everything you might need in a blink of an eye.
Dubai International Airport is about half an hour away from the building.
