When traveling, my safety box is something I never forget to lock, as it holds everything important to me. Unfortunately, this time I accidentally left it unlocked. I would like to sincerely thank Loan, Kieu, and Thanh, who noticed that my safety box was open. They immediately contacted Phuc Hau from reception, who came to secure it. They changed the code, locked it and kindly left me a sealed letter explaining what had been done. I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff.
