"When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. House keeping only available on request. Only saw one housekeepers cart one day, but there were bags of laundry piled up everywhere. Ice only available on floors 4 6 8 etc. Machines on 4 and 6 not working. Second night tv would not work. Wont go back. "

"Love the breakfast included has variety to choose from. The staff is very helpful. When I stayed there first time back in Feb I had left behind an item of sentimental value. I called and they located it and held it aside for me until I returned this 2nd time. Grateful the hotel had such caring staff. "

"Beautiful old Inn with updated amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room with cheese and bread and a bottle of wine. Being able to walk to Ravine Winery for dinner was a bonus. Breakfast (2 of them) was as delicious and divine as all others said. Next time we need to come when it’s warmer to enjoy the back patio and yard."

"We stayed here over family day weekend (2 nights). The host was very quick to respond to messages and extremely accommodating to an early check in due to flights. We found a couple minor issues that we didn’t bother the host about, likely due to our early arrival - e.g. no tea towels (we had a picnic bag with one with us), no extra towels or face cloths, laundry area is in the basement and wasn’t tidy. When we did ask about snow removal (the plow had been by) we were informed it was going to be looked after and it was. The listing indicated a bathtub but there is just a shower (not a problem for us). The laundry is in the basement and the door was locked to the stairs but a key was left for it - still felt a bit unsure whether we should be using it as it wasn’t a well-kept area but that could have been because we arrived early. Beds were extremely comfortable. Layout and furnishings great, clean overall, kitchen had necessities. There was a Brita in the fridge which is a nice touch. I would have appreciated extra towels (no facecloths or hand towels provided for each person) and I am sure if I asked they would have given us more. Host checked in with me part way through the stay and was very pleasant to deal with. We would likely stay here again as it was pleasant and a very convenient location. "
