"When we arrived they claimed they had plumbing issues on the floor we were to be on...okay understandable so they then said they moved us over to the Hilton up the road...score!!! Or so we thought....once we checked into the Hilton we were put on a floor that had Hockey tournament players to which we couldbt even step off the elevator as they were having a pizza party in the hallway and thr noise was unbearable so we went out walking instead...they also placed us in a handicapped accessibility room. Not exactly how I imagined our night away in Niagra, and lord knows you spend enough to do such. I feel if youre going to move people for your inconvenience then why put them into another inconvenient situation. "

"Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. It was really inclusive. Both boys at different ages were able to engage in a lot of activities. The food was fantastic, better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little small."

"We had a courtyard room and yet it was one of my most quiet hotel experiences. Plenty of safety measures for the pool so we felt confident letting our little one play on the playground and mini golf without hovering. Heavy doors separate the courtyard and rest of hotel so I never felt afraid of my child bolting into something dangerous. Poolside bar was closed but the restaurant food was amazing. Front desk staff was consistently helpful without being intrusive. Hot tub was HOT. Genuinely the first time I had to head a warning about not staying in too long. My back felt 10 years younger after a couple soaks."
