Convenient location when visiting Sidmouth and the surrounding areas. A few dining options in the village. Room is spacious and comfortable. full English breakfast with yogurt, fruits, cereal, etc. plenty of parking space which is important to us. Haven’t got chance to try the tea and lunch, which we heard is great!

Perfect place for a stay in Exeter. The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfy bed. Access was easy and location ideal.

The staff was very nice and helpful. So easy to get to from the train station. Clean and well appointed. We hope to be able to stay at Lyme Bay again. Felt like home.

Very convenient walk from the airport. Clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom. We hope to get the same room when we depart in a couple of weeks. 😊

Short stay to see Torquay, Peter recommended a great seafood restaurant. We visited some local attractions.

Great staff and comfortable. Loved it.

We really liked our stay and would highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast. The host was very friendly and made sure we were had everything we needed. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. We had a fabulous breakfast in the cafe. No complaints about anything.

My brief visit to Torquay was made perfect by staying at Ashleigh House. The proprietress was so kind, thoughtful, and full of great information about the area, and she made a magnificent breakfast. The wifi was very quick, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the views--well, spectacular. You can see Dartmoor from her front porch, and the neighbourhood is charming and full of great bars and restaurants. And Oscar the dog is a great ornament to the house, too!

Best English breakfast you’ve ever had! Matt and Lissanne are very welcoming- the pot of tea on arrival was really appreciated. Would definitely stay again 🙂

I absolutely loved my stay at the Nethleigh. I stayed in the room called The Snug, and it admirably lived up to the name. It was comfortable and very cozy. There was a small fireplace in the room with wood provided for a crackling fire, though I didn't make one. The hotel was nice - nothing to complain about regarding this place. Proprietors are very friendly and breakfast is great.

The hosts were super nice and helpful. Great breakfasts

Great location; 5 min walk from the Torquay train station and 10 min walk to the waterfront. Clean, well-maintained and charming room and facilities. Good-sized bathroom with excellent amenities. Cute bar, lounge, and reading room. Nice bit of garden in the front to sit and read or bask in the sun. Excellent breakfast. Above all, charming and lovely hosts Wendy and Steve (Thank you ever so much). We will be coming back for sure.

This is a family friendly place. Will visit with you and really make you at home. I even got a cooking lesson.

Space was perfect for what I needed, clean, and welcoming. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Were very patient with me when I accidentally missed my check out window.

Amazing. Do the important things great and the little things just as well. Look forward to staying again.
