"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. "My stay at HF was amazing, worth for money, it's private pool villa, friendly staffs. Very close to akkarai beach and lots of restaurants near by. Thanks to vinod for arranging cab to the airport. Amenities and facilities were really good."

"Worst ever stay! Room had lot of mosquitoes, there was no tv and water in bathroom taps had inadequate pressure! room 109 was so dirty and broken furnitures. And the manager in the reception should never be employed in any company! His behaviour alone made our stay very terrible! I strongly don’t recommend this place."
