Front desk person was amazingly helpful. Place was VERY clean.

It was great! We were in Columbus for a concert and decided to stay in the city for the night. We were within walking distance of food and our concert venue, which made it so much easier to navigate the city. We got back to our room around midnight, and never felt unsafe during our walk back. Close to my dad’s place and Easton

Had everything we needed in a place to stay. It had a great staff, willing to take care of every need. It had a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were clean and more than expected for the time we had. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

Not sure what you're looking for when all you need is a place to stay for a night or two, but for me it's pretty simple: friendly, professional staff, a clean, comfortable room, and no hassles. That's exactly what I got here and will stay here again - all for a very reasonable price. The only unexpected "issue" was the breakfast bar having a charge and not free.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and a good value for the amount of space. I do not care for the additional credit card hold many hotels are doing these days. That should be better stated during the initial booking. They offered a full breakfast with many options. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood, not far from freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good sized pool & hot tub, and a well stocked continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very pleased with choosing Hampton Inn in Polaris for my visit to the Ohio State Fair.

Very friendly staff on check in. We were asked if we had a floor preference. Room was nice and clean when we entered room. Had a faint smell of bleach which was a comfort. Room was stuffy but once we got the air on it was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options from dry cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, and hot food of sausage gravy and biscuits, egg white omelets, and link sausage. Something for everyone.
