Very close to public transportation and Times Square. I felt very safe in the area around as there were always people around, but the room was quiet and we didn’t hear outside noise. My only complaint… not having a coffee maker in my room. "

"The lady who checked us in was unprofessional and rude. Seemed put out that we showed up asking for a room. I mentioned the rate was over $50 cheaper on Expedia and she snapped back with “we don’t go by that if you want you can book through them but it’s gonna be a wait until I check you in”…it took under 2 mins for me to book through the app. This shouldn’t be a person who is the first line of representation for your hotel. "
