"Lots of restaurants, pool area is awesome. Found some stains on sheets and towels."

"While the room was clean it needed renovation, the hotel is quite run down, had no place to keep our luggage as we waited three hours to get into our room (subsequently charging us $30 to get into our room early even when it was ready), and had only one restaurant even though the marquis shows another one as an option. Also, we paid for poolside thinking it was laid out like it was years ago. However, all we had was a “pool view” from 14 floors up."

"I did not experience a breakfast menu , but we got in very late and I ordered from Dennys, we had very, very late night munchies do the fact we didn't get in.How did it deliver our DoorDash guy dropped it off down stairs.Nobody bothered to call us so the ice cream melted.It was cold, then the microwave door kept getting stuck.I wasn't real happy. The room was nice"

" had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience."
