"Mixed stay. When we arrived we had the premium room furtherest from reception and the key cards didn't work so we had to walk all the way back. The room was very hot making it uncomfortable to hang around in, especially since there was only a small fan. We also got woken up in the morning by housekeeping opening our door even though we had only stayed for one night and it was 3hrs before check out. "Nice room. Breakfast overpriced with no reduction for continental option - we didn't choose this and went to the local cafe! Dinner was a shambles. Clearly a good chef and helpful and hard-working staff .... but spoilt by lack of management and understaffing."
