Our stay at SkyCity Hotel was phenomenal! We arrived hours before our check-in, but luckily there was a room that was readily available that they were able to give us. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge while we went to a breakfast spot across the street that they had recommended. Great location for shopping and food options. We didnāt rent a car, but a lot of places were within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.

This hotel was an absolute dream. It was a perfect combination of luxury and peace. I will absolutely be returning here. It was my birthday, and they were so sweet to me! Everything was clean, and we had a beautiful view, the food was delicious, we had a lovely time. Again, highly recommend.

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within waƱking distance. Would stay again.

The property was very clean but the standout reason I would go there again is the staff. We had a small issue with breakfast one morning and they went above and beyond to rectify it. They were kind enough to get us a van for our ride back to the airport and when my son accidentally left his wallet in the van, I called the hotel. They were able to reach (by some means) the driver who returned to the airport with the wallet. Every member of the staff ensured that our stay was memorable.
