Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This building is closed. The hotel appears to be under construction. We arrived and could not enter. The phone number on the door was disconnected. The hotel would not respond to any communication. We were forced to find alternative hotel all the while have been seeking a refund but cannot reach the hotel manager.
