"Really nice place in a perfect location on the lake. "

"The photos of this Suite looked impressive and did not disappoint.Booking communication with host and provision of the Royalist Suite were excellent throughout.A 5 star experience in a wonderful period property.I would highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to return."

"Lovely property in great location"

"What a lovely relaxing apartment with great views from the rooms balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break away. The holiday village was very clean and quiet with indoor pool and gym, the village also has a bar and restaurant should you wish to stay on sight. There is also on site Wifi with no connection problems. The host Colin was very responsive to messages before and during our stay. I would definately recommend this beautiful apartment. 😊"

"We stayed one night here with our pup and wished it could have been longer. It's a lovely property in a perfect location. The hosts have made it feel cosy and welcoming, with lots of lovely touches. "

"Excellent place, lodge spacious and comfy"

"An enjoyable short stay in a lovely clean property. "

"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

"Wonderful location and brilliant having the hot tub on the decking."

"Perfect trip for couples. Great room!"

"Very well appointed accommodation, only negative was it would have been helpful to have a microwave, thanks"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back. We had a 2 year old and a 70 year old staying with us and both also enjoyed their stay here. It is quiet, a perfect lodge to come back to after a busy day exploring."

"No hot water"

"Loved our stay. Our first family trip away with our 10 week old baby and even she loved it. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The only slight downfall was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite hard to connect to and very slow. Being in an area with poor reception for data, the Wi-Fi was definitely needed but we both struggled to get any use out of it. Amazing place though, would recommend. "
