Family Fun Close to Towns and Beaches on Beautiful Martha's Vineyard

This beautiful 4 bedroom cape on the outskirts of Edgartown is close to all three towns, 3 miles to state and south beaches with ready access to the bike path, with a large yard in a quiet residentail neighborhood. Enjoy dinners, relaxing and napping on the lovely and cool sreened porch. Backyard fun includes a ping pong table, corn hole, bocce, firepit and gas grill. Deck has a large umbrella table for outdoor dining. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas included. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortably appointed bedrooms with attention to every detail, makes this a wonderful vacation home for friends and family. Note that beach and kitchen towels are included; but bed linens and bath towels are not included, but can be ordered for an additional fee.

Absolutely beautiful house tons of room, multiple dining options outside on the deck in a screened porch or formal in the home dining room. Perfect location very close to Oak Bluff pretty much in the middle of everything

The perfect home for a family vacation

We visit MV every year and this trip was a special one - for our intimate 10 year vow renewal wedding we never had. We had both sets of parents/grandparents and our 2 children and the bedroom set up was perfect. Everyone had a clean, comfortable room with lots of great spaces to sit and spend time visiting. This house had everything you could need as far as kitchen supplies go, a beautiful sun room, clean and spacious bathrooms, a tent of bikes to use, and ping pong table. We watched Jaws and made s’mores on a cozy night. We drove 2 cars on island since we are used to ferry and island travel and had 8 of us to navigate around at any given time, but there is a bus stop right at the end of the street. The street is beautiful and was such a great space for family walks, runs, and bike rides. And whether you’re familiar with MV driving and locations or not, it’s super easy to get to and is a great central location. Terry reached out to make sure we had contact information if we needed, which we didn’t, but was appreciated after staying in lots of rentals on island. We often don’t come back the same week, so don’t book early enough to return to some of our favorites, but this was a family favorite for all of us and we would be more than happy to book early and return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
