"Really lovely holiday. Cosy cottage and very clean. Hot tub was excellent.Location great to explore Norfolk And Holt is very pretty with lots to offer in terms of shops and places to eat out. Perfect for 2 but would fit in 4 people as well."

"We stayed as a large family group in the Eco Barn (The Garden House & Avocet) for a long weekend to celebrate 3 birthdays. The adjoining houses were absolutely ideal for us, extremely well equipped, great facilities, fabulous hot tub, and a lovely enclosed field directly behind which the children absolutely loved.
