"I got an email confirmation, but it not have any check-in information, so I sent a message to host heard nothing back. I sent another message still nothing, it was just a couple of hours before we were supposed to check in and I still wasn't hearing anything back. So i went to this chat support thing so talk to someone they said they sent him an email and gave me two numbers to call, neither of the numbers worked and still heard nothing back, I sent another message and went to the apartment and...

"Property was old and dirty the house was a stink. The room was a very smoky of food they were no splendid and full of humans here, The floor was a sticky. I didn’t feel safe because there was a two German Shepherd dog inside the house. I had to ask if it’s okay to get out of the room. I only stayed for one night and I paid for 3 nights.that wasn’t fair."

"Amazing location. Heart of the city yet you feel like you are in the countryside. Lovely communal space. The large glass windows out to the private garden are amazing. However parts of the property are a little tired and could do with a refresh."
