"Always worth stating here, if you have an early flight out of Heathrow, or if you work close by. The place is new, the rooms are functional, clean, modern and comfortable. This ‘style’ that they are so sure they have cracked, is very much a matter of taste/up for debate, but it’s neutral enough to be OK. I’m sure I’ll stay here again at some point. "

"Bus stop Harlington Center is in front of the hotel. If you’re a light traveler, use public bus and save money. Cheaper and quicker than hotel hoppa. All you need is a credit card to ride bus or train. I use d iPhone ape pay for all bus or train."

"Perfect stay before heading to Heathrow airport the next morning. The hotel restaurant / bar area had great food and drinks, tv’s and the breakfast in the morning was good selection, and worth the 15 pounds we paid… it was a buffet. I would definitely stay here again"

"The general areas in the hotel are nice and well appointed (reception, bar etc.) but the hallways desperately need the carpets replacing and the rooms are a little tired/grubby in corners. I was given an 'upgraded' room, it was on the ground floor (which is fine) however the whole length of the window was a parking space immediately outside so all I could see was a land rover and it didn't feel the most private so had to have the curtains closed the whole time. Long check in queue. Body cream in the room dispenser empty. Would prefer takeaway cups in the room or reception for coffee to go in the morning."

"Honestly, the best thing about this place is riding the Terminal 5 Heathrow Pods. Everything's very impersonal, staff are nice enough, but I felt like I had to work hard for them to notice I was even there. Everything's "Self Service". The hotel is . . . OK. Tried to eat at the restaurant, after I'd sat there & been basically ignored by the staff for 20 minutes, I got up and went to the convenience store in the lobby. (also a "self service" checkout) More about the driverless Pods: they're really cool, but if passengers are forced to share a Pod (due to demand during peak times, or because only one bay is functional, for example) the eight pound fare starts feeling like a rip-off"
