"Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

"The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!"

"A great night, located right next to the Hammersmith and minutes from the picadilly line. My wife and I stayed for the evening and attended Queens to watch some tennis for the first time. The staff were accommodating and facilities were nice. It was easy to get too having travelled from Bristol, and the access to London (for two of us who haven’t been very often) loved it."

"Very nice and comfortable room with small but nice bathroom. Large bed, desk, keetle and tv in the room were nice. Liked the view on the street. It wasn't an issue for me but it could get a little noisy from the street or other rooms. Great location, close to train station and underground, buses, Hyde Park and Kensigton Gardens within walking distance, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Kind and helpful staff. "We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We had the family room which was great for travel with children as the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) were separate from eachother. The grounds were quaint and peaceful! A trip to remember. Another great convenience was the Albury village store being just side by side with the hotel for all our extra needs! "It’s a pub with rooms at the back, not the biggest but perfectly functional. Very hot in the room, could do with a fan maybe? The lady behind the bar got a little flustered, made a call and got it sorted. Also very European when it came to bar service. Overall will stay again if needed"

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. We thought the price, as it was advertised as a B & B, included breakfast but we paid extra for breakfast on arrival, however it...
