"The cottage was really lovely and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. Conni was really kind and helped us check in later than planned due to traffic and made delicious scones for us. The cottage was clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed staying."

"It was clean enough. Although the bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and springs or foam were damaged. It was also smelly like a drain. After 10 min you got used to it but it quite off putting."

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"Lovely clean property. Hosts were excellent with their communication"

"one of the best self catering i have stayed at on the outskirts of Bodmin for a Winter break this is an ideal please for touring Cornwall, for anyone wanting to set up base to sea fish or fishing in general i have one minor gripe No central heating in the property, but there are electric radiators and extra blow heaters There is a log burner that does kick out a lot of warmth, for the very cold nights, I will return later in the year"

"Eveything was perfect ,unless they have not provided any toileteries ..."

"The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming."

"Goede accommodatie, prima plek. Airco zou lekker zijn."

"Fabulous cottage lovely base for seeing Cornwall."
