Fijn appartement op goeie locatie

we hebben een leuk verblijf gehad pluspunten: _ruim appartement, _ ligging (wel handig als je een auto hebt), _ zwembad is altijd open _ strandje vlakbij tip: _ airco zou wel handig zijn met zo'n temperaturen, de ventilators zijn niet echt voldoende _iets meer keukenuitrusting als je zelf wil koken _beetje basis zaken voorzien zoals afwasmiddel, schoonmaakdoek, dat je niet alles nieuw moet kopen voor een week

El apartamento es aún mejor que en las fotos

No podemos estar más contentos con la elección. El apartamento desde dentro es aún mejor que en las fotos por absolutamente todo: las vistas al mar, el gusto, cuidado y decoración del apartamento... Pasamos unos días fantásticos en un sitio ideal, por las comodidades del apartamento, la urbanización y el entorno ideal para desconectar. Lo suficientemente lejos del bullicio de la ciudad y extraordinariamente cerca de la playa para no coger el coche más que para ir al supermercado. Un lugar de 10.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die geräumige, schön und modern eingerichtete Wohnung (mit Ausnahme des Bads) ist sicherlich eine der schönsten im ganzen Komplex. Drei Balkone sind natürlich schon der Knaller, einer zum Sonnen, einer zum Wäsche aufhängen, einer zum Essen mit dem besten Panoramablick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt bei den vorherrschenden Temperaturen leider, da es sich nachts kaum abkühlte. So war das Schlafen leider ziemlich schweißtreibend und zusammen mit den bei jeder Bewegung quitschenden Metallgestellen der Betten, war erholsamer Schlaf schwierig. Es war so trocken, dass das Hafenbecken fast ausgetrocknet ist. Keine Ahnung, ob das der Grund war, oder ob irgendetwas anderes Schuld war: In den letzten Tagen stank es nachts draußen leider sehr. Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Rasen und die Bänke rund um den Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Das Mehrzwecksportfeld bietet die Möglichkeit für Fussball, Basketball und Tennis (das Netz haben wir zum üben mit den Kindern nicht extra aufgespannt). In einem Gemeinschaftsraum besteht die Möglichkeit für die Nutzung von ein paar Fitnessgeräten. Zwei Tischtennisplatten, Billiardtische (mglw. keine Ausleihmöglichkeit für Queue und Kugeln) und Kicker standen bereit, so dass Abwechslung garantiert war (Bäller/Schläger mitbringen). Der Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen bietet immer etwas zu gucken und dennoch war man für sich. Schön, dass der Strand fußläufig ist, aber man nicht direkt darauf schaut. Um den Strand zu erreichen, muss man erst über einen kleinen steinigen Weg klettern, was für die Kinder sehr nett ist, wenn man die richtigen Schuhe dabei hat. Für Einkäufe benötigt man vor Ort ein Auto, denn einen Supermarkt findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe m.W. nicht (man trinkt bei dem Wetter viel Wasser!). Aber wenn man mobil ist, kann man auch mal nach Guadalest oder zu den Wasserfällen (Fuentes del Algar) fahren. Außerdem kann man zum Shoppen nach Benidorm (mediteraner Balkon) oder das Castillo de Santa Barbara in Alicante besichtigen. Auch waren wir in Elche (dort gibt es bspw. zwei Palmengärten). Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit am Pool, am Strand, in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch wenn wir ein paar Kritikpunkte aufgeführt haben. Zu guter Letzt sind die Vermieter sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wenn wir noch mal in die Gegend fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung (v.a. wg. des Ausblicks).

Mooi, schoon en leuk huis!

Een mooi en verzorgd huis wat centraal gelegen ligt om optimaal te genieten van de omgeving! Goede, duidelijke en snelle communicatie met de eigenaren! Het huis is wel wat gehorig, maar het is niet heel storend.

Great apartment, lovely view

Spacious apartment with a lovely view out to see - very quiet as on the end of the block so not overlooking the pool area. Would have benefited from air con as it was very hot during the night and the fans that were supplied just didn't do the job. Apartment was very clean and well decorated - was slightly surprised that I had to make up the beds myself on arrival though. Good facilities - was able to wash the towels after visiting the pool/beach. Pool was great - clean, quiet - could swim at night too, which the kids (8 and 5) loved. Close to the local beach area - very busy but lovely for the kids - with beach bar too. Easy reach of the tram stop (up a little hill) to go into El Campello (Benidorm/Alicante etc). Caught the bus to El Campello too, stops right outside, only runs hourly though and not on a weekend. We hired a car too just for ease. Would definitely recommend and would come again if we visited this area. Great communication with the owners.

Super verblijf

Wij hebben 2 weken vakantie gevierd in dit mooie appartement. De ligging is grandioos, vanuit het appartement gelijk uitzicht op zee. Er zijn drie balkons zodat je kan kiezen om in de zon of schaduw te gaan zitten. Heerlijk gewoon! De TV met Nederlandese zenders en de WIFI werkte ook optimaal. Ook het zwembad en het complex werden goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad.

Heerlijk appartement op prachtige plek!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Appartement zeer geschikt voor mensen (met of zonder kinderen) die tot rust willen komen en willen genieten van zon, zee en strand! Heerlijk nieuw en schoon appartement, rustig gelegen en met een fantastisch uitzicht over zee (mooiste uitzicht van het complex!). Op loopafstand van (klein) strand en tram-station op de lijn Denia-Alicante; busstation voor de deur. Zeer attent welkomstpakket met eerste benodigdheden. Zeer vriendelijk contact met verhuurder (NL) en met toezichthouder (Spaanstalig).
