The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. "Nice hotel but it’s not five star luxury. No concierge to help. No restaurant for dinner. Roof bar closes by 6 pm but sunset is after 8 pm. Also you can head the rumble of the subway tram below the building even on the third floor. "

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."

"Most of the staff (restaurant / rooftop) were not very hopeful and quite rude when asked questions. Especially the breakfast staff, super disappointing. However, a few of the front desk workers were pleasant. Warning, the standard room is VERY small. Definitely uncomfortable with two suitcases accompanying us."
