"Super nice young lady at check in made us feel welcome. Area feels safe with lots of lighting in the parkinglot. Noticed there is a very regular shuttle schedule for the airport, too. Property is maintained and room was clean. "

"Although my friend and I booked our rooms at Hotel Garrett separately, the front office clerk was able to accommodate our last minute request to be on the same floor. The housekeeping staff was very respectful of the Do Not Disturb sign. Room was perfect since its purpose was to be a comfortable place to come and rest after a full day of being out. The area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being in the city. The only wish is to have an ATM machine inside the hotel. Went across the street to the sister hotel, SOMA House for cash. Would definitely recommend to others."
