"Meals at the buffets were all wonderful. 3 are open for breakfast and lunch. One is open for dinner. We could not book reservations at other restaurants but they only had -4 tables being used. Could keep beach buffet open for dinner and be able to make reservations at check in. Pool could be open till 2200 for adults. The rooms (jr suite) was large, cool, comfortable. Beyond expectations! The staff All fantastic! Cart driver Eric showed us how to get around. Playa and pools Fantastic!! Clean, lots of space. Snorkel by rocks. NO seaweed. Just lovely. What a wonderful place thank you for keeping the natural animals and fauna. Thank you for sharing it. "

"The hotel was as expected, functional and okay, but nothing fancy. We definitively got our moneys worth! The game room was great, as was the quick access to the scuba classes, but the food in the hotel restaurant was pretty bad. "

"This place was awesome! I was mainly here for diving and Dressel divers out of Iberostar made the trip for me. The only negative thing I have to say is I’m an exterminator and I noticed the beds had old evidence of bedbugs, would be nice if they replaced the mattresses for how much we paid. Most people wouldn’t see this. I also saw what looked like a German cockroach in the Mexican restaurant dining room on property at Iberostar. Another thing to note is one of the restaurant’s was completely closed down for renovations which was kinda annoying. The buffet food was mid. Even with those things I give this place 5 stars. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Diving operation right out of the resort. Flamingos, iguanas, Coatis, Turtles, and more wildlife hanging out around the resort. Beach was a little rocky but still beautiful and free of sargassum. Amazing palms. Good drinks. All in all it was a very good time and I would definitely return. Triple check your rooms and make time to go into town to eat out you will have an amazing time."

"Rooms were small but clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The entertainment staff I wish you remembered our name and was extremely nice. Actual if you stay for seven days, the guaranteed reservation at two restaurants otherwise it was buffet style.. pretty much the same thing every night it said they would change out one or two things. There were six in our group and five of us had diarrhea for 4 to 5 days six days were there I ended up getting strep throat… we spoke to valet about ordering pizza and they told us that yes we can have plenty of pizza delivered there so we went to the front counter to order the pizza and the management told us we could not yet when we left today people had pizza delivered… employees were extremely nice … we do not make everything forever. It would be nice to have a variety of different types of food on a daily basis instead of the same buffet."

"The staff were fantastic, we used all of the amenities on the property. Always greeted be friendly and happy workers who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. This is a fantastic resort to spend a few weeks in paradise."
