"The rooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. Evening shows were ok, done by 9 or 10 each night. No night life at the resort, but a short walk to 5th Ave and clubs and eateries. Felt safe walking well lite. Food-breakfast was your normal at any resort buffet. Evening 3 restaurant options along with buffet. Italian was our favorite and yes you have to arrange reservations before had. Mexican was ok and steak house needs some work on the menu. No real flavor to the meal. Drinks were all over the place some place you would ask for Malibu and got it and other bar said all out to up charge. Same with vodka Tito was up charge sometimes. Sushi was good. Pizza was very good for lunch options if wanting a snack instead of buffet. We did use the spa for a couples massage. It was nice and relaxing. My husband was not overly impressed because his scalp massage he thought she was just petting his hair. Not much of beach at all so don’t go to this resort for ocean views and it was smelly when you got to the beach. They had fishing boats all along the beach and was dangerous to walk in certain areas so we didn’t go in ocean at all. This is a smaller resort but the staff are great and very helpful. They do have a 24/7 sandwich and fruit with cookies and such which is nice for after hours. Very chill resort."

"Casa Del Mar has amazing staff and service. The swim up bar is nice and for the price, it’s a great location. The food was good, great pier for dive boats, nice snorkeling/shore diving place etc. We will definitely stay again!"

"This is our first time going to an all inclusive and to Mexico so we have nothing to judge off of but we had a great time. The resort was a bit outdated but was very clean. The staff were super nice, helpful and wanted to make our experience wonderful. The food was good. we found items at each dinner that were delicious. They have different themes for each evening. We ate breakfast and dinner at the buffet. Tons of options that we could get a filling meal and be able to try new food and still have basic options if we wanted. We didn’t go to the 2 restaurants just because having a set time didn’t work out for when we were hungry or not The beach was great the last day and half. The water was brown from the sargassum so we ventured down to the other side of the barrier and swam there. the workers did a wonderful job keeping the beach clean though. No build up and no smell For the price point and overall experience we would definitely stay here again We also used Fantasy travel for airport shuttle which you could book ahead of time with all your flight info and they set the times. 10 minute drive from airport to the resort "

"I have been to Cancun a lot and I never had bad experiences like this place …. Nice property but u can not do anything All restaurants are always booked u only can eat at the buffet … no room service . No restock in min refrigerator … no access to water park …….. only one pool available"

"The place was beautiful, with many yummy restaurants and decent drinks. Food was awesome, but breakfast was okay. Housekeeping was amazing and so sweet, adding cute touches to the room. The bartenders could have been kinder, but most of the staff was very friendly. Awesome place and would come back!"
