"Great central city location. We loved the pool and spa. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as the room seemed in need of a more deep clean ie. under beds, bathroom mirror, bathroom tiles. Guest in the room above us kept us awake with loud stomping for hours on one of the nights. One lift was out of order but there were two others. Well equiped kitchen but would have been nice to have a few more utensils etc and a tea towel to be able to use it properly. On-site parking is $40 valet only,...

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it’s super tidy and clean. The only awkward situation was the parking - we had someone take our park and because we were in a larger vehicle it made it a little difficult. We were just assigned another parking spot but it was harder to park there than our original assigned parking spot. The staff were super lovely though and our room was a good size."

"Very central city Wellington location. We had a bigger room, which was welcome. Bathroom is a bit old-style and tired, but the room and bed were comfortable. Clearly issues with the lifts. There are two elevators for the hotel spread out over ~20 floors, used by customers and cleaning crew. To move around one needs to insert your room keycard, and in one lift the reader was very unreliable.
