"One of the best and amazing motels in Encinta California!!! I had a very late check in and was taken care in the most respectable and friendly manner. I had too add another day because i loved the whole trip. The beach is 5mins away...the view from room was beautiful!!! No doubt i shall return for another amazing time!!"

"Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower level, etc - would also go a long ways towards enhanced appearances. Layout of the house is great, beds were good, host was extremely responsive (pack n plays delivered as requested) - this can be a 5 star place - just needs some TLC. "

"We were able to park our suburban in the driveway behind the townhome. We could walk into town to many restaurants and grocery. Short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Kitchen was stocked! Thank you would stay again and again"

"I spent 4 nights at The Inn at Moonlight Beach and I was still not ready to leave! Every morning I took a nice long stroll down Moonlight beach, and stopped off for coffee at Lofty. A wonderful breakfast basket was waiting for me when I returned with fresh fruit, a chia seed parfait and green juice. I stayed in Sweet Bay, which had nice high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen and a large soaking tub. All of the touches were so well thought out. I loved the sound machine with the sound of waves in the background of my entire stay. The cute beach bag was used daily. There is no doubt I will return!"

"This place was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room for extra people, if needed. The sun deck is an amazing spot to hang out any time of day, but especially at sunset! The kitchen had everything we needed, and was well-marked so we didn't have to guess. We were walking distance to a store and restaurant, and about a mile, easy walk, from the beach and downtown Encinitas. We visit here often, and I'm hopeful to never have to book another property, and hope this can be our go-to whenever we return! "
