"Loved the location and the smell of the hotel. Only thing i don’t like was me and my husband couldn’t even enjoy the pool cause everytime we went there was tons of kids taking over the pool. Was after certain hours it was 18 and up "

"Hotel design was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was beautiful and had great cocktails. The pool was great. Rooms were very well stocked, nice shampoo and conditioner and body products, qtips and makeup remover wipes in the room. The design of the room was great for bags and getting ready. Would 1000% be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dallas. Also great coffee shops near by and they have a house car to bring you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which is super conviennent if you don’t have a rental car. "

"The room was updated as in photos, staff was nice, breakfast was your standard however I did have a hair on the boiled egg from the fridge, maybe ensure hair nets are utilized. The hall was loud at times with room door slams, my room door 303 was not sealed and lose with gaps around door that let allot light and sound in, plus room had slow drain tub. Needs some attention to small maintainance details which tracks for the low price point ."

"Room was clean. Staff was adequate. The price was perfect, until we found out that they charge for parking. Not only do they have absolutely NO parking, the only option is valet as you approach the front entry. I left my keys with the attendant who didn't share any costs with me. I checked in where the front desk associate DID NOT share any valet parking costs with me. The hotel took a $100 "security deposit" which I was told I'd get back assuming we didn't do anything that would count against it. It's not until our second day, when I was picking up our car form the valet attendants that I thought, "how is this parking being paid for if it does indeed cost anything". I went to the front desk only to find out they charge $52 per night to valet your vehicle!!!!! If your'e staying for 2 nights you'll actually end up owing about $3.50 extra after your $100 "security deposit" is eaten completely up[ for parking alone. EXTRAORDINARILY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! These facts should be FONT AND CENTER when both reserving a room and when checking in. They should be completely transparent with costs, especially ones that will costs customers $52 per night!! It should actually start with the valet attendants. Assuming they are aware of the costs, they ABSOLUTELY should inform customers UP FRONT what their investment will be for the valet service!!! EXTREMELY disappointing."
