"Alanah (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute delight! 10/10 customer service all the way. I was trying to figure out the parking situation and she went above and beyond to help me not get ticketed/ towed. She’s so friendly and has such a great attitude. I will be returning!"

"This was our first time staying here and we would stay here again. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good, including having decent options for a diabetic. Coffee, tea and water bottles available 24/7. Free fresh baked cookies available at times. Good location. Reasonable rates."

"Very clean room with everything necessary for a quick stay. Great location for a walk and dinner and sunset over water. Breakfast just Grab and Go. Fast and helpful."

"Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you again!"
