"Had a good stay there, the room I paid for on Expedia was on the fourth floor with no elevator to the room. Changed to another room that had access to an elevator. The room fan may need adjusted. The toilet is loud when flushed. A secondary flushing sound also can be heard. When I checked out I discovered there was no reduction in the original room, when changing to another room."

"Property is okay but needs to be cleaned a little better. Needs some updating also. Two of us checked in for a 3 night stay. We were given 1 washcloth. Had to ask for more. We had a small kitchenette with a sink, stovetop, and frig. No dish soap or dish clothes or dish towels. They left a roll of paper towels with 2 paper towels left on it. Big help. We had to ask for more wash clothes and hand towels the 2nd morning of our stay. Never got them. Picked them up ourselves after 5pm when we returned from the day. Had a very nice balcony to look over the bay. The dried dead bugs on the railing were disgusting. Really took away from the enjoyment of having a balcony. All windows covered with cobwebs on the outside which were disgusting in the sunlight. There were cobwebs in the suite also on smoke alarms and on ceilings. Couch in living area was like sitting on a brick. There were clothes left in the closet area from a previous guest. Housekeeping falling down on the job. Shower is just a closet area with no curtain or door. Very cold no matter how hot the water is because of the air coming in the opening. Also splashed water out onto the bathmat."

"Room was clean and large with two sinks(one in bathroom and one in room area). Hot breakfast was good and area well maintained and clean. Hot tub and pool were nice. Hanna, at front desk, was very helpful. Two computers were slow and the working printer, however, didn’t receive proper instructions to print my documents. Overall though, recommend this well located hotel."

"The room was larger than I expected and absolutely immaculate. I’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years, and this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever experienced. There were plenty of options for food and drinks right on the property, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely plan to stay here again soon!"

"I honestly have never left a review in 20 years of traveling. Good or bad. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I booked a standard room on a whim and were more satisfied than some suites we've spent hundreds on for a weekend. The cocktail lounge is small but intimate and you won't get a bad drink. This place exceeded all expectations. Props to the hotel management and staff. Incredible gem you guys have created"
