"Everything was very nice. I did not take advantage of any of the amenities outside of our room. I was disappointed that I was charged a nightly resort fee of $21 for each day that I stayed. We did not take advantage of any of the other amenities such as the pool tennis courts or exercise room. I would’ve considered an alternate place to stay if I knew my total nightly charge was going to be increased for amenities that I was not using. "

"Very clean property. Excellent staff. Good parking. Plenty of stores nearby if you need something. City has many quaint qualities whether it be shopping or restaurants. Otsego/Hidden Valley is a must see/do. Tip-make sure you are on the top/3rd floor so you don’t experience the only downside hearing the people above you."
