The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean. And to top it off, the location was so good with the shopping mall 1 minute away, beach and transport. "The hotel and staff was one of the best we have been too and the breakfast buffet offered was amazing with so much variety. The only negative thing noticed is the “security” person that stands there extremely rude making a “shhhhhhh” sound to my kids who were laughing on the first floor. Very strange and unwelcoming. "
