"This was a great place to stay, convenient location, quiet neighborhood and a large yard. Really liked staying here and Dave, the property manager was quick to respond. It was great to have access to beach umbrella and beach chairs. The only thing is that all the toys on the property inside or outside are pretty much broken. Tried to check a couple of board games, but they didn't contain the peaces are were probably all mixed up between the boxes. We enjoyed the beach and the outdoors. It's...

"It’s nice and clean and family friendly. A nice supermarket with great fresh fruits and an Italian and Mexican restaurant are right next door. It is close to Moonlight beach and a few other family friendly beaches. With small kids I drove to the beach and was able to find road side parking easily. The only downside was that our room was quite noisy as it was right by the road and railroad. "

"This is a great place to rent with ocean views, great neighborhood, and proximity to coffee/restaurants in Leucadia and Encinitas. Home was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Richard the owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property."

"I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the hotel. The room was sufficient and the bed was comfortable enough. The table was pretty wobbly, the dresser under the TV had a drawer that was stuck, and the bathroom was in poor shape with broken floor tiles and a spot near the bathtub that sunk down when stepped on. The shower also didn't seem very clean or felt like it was old. The breakfast was pretty non-existent. Don't choose this hotel if you're hoping for breakfast. There is a pool but...
