The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. Soaking in the heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience. "It was an easy walk from the train station and easy location for taking the local buses. We got a free bus pass from the front desk and used to travel all over Lucerne. The front staff were very knowledgeable with good English skills. Be aware that it is an old building and is not allowed to have AC. We were there in May so it was pleasant....not too sure about how it would be in summer. We had a lovely room with a small balcony but the traffic noise was too loud to leave the window open. All in all....a lovely hotel that I would definitely stay in again."

"The hotel is just right next to the main train station and a short walk from the ferry terminal. The old town and main tourist attractions are all within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for more."
