"I was in town to visit friends and to see a show. The hotel was within walking distance to the venue. The room was clean and very comfortable and the rate was good. I loved downtown Asheville. There was great entertainment and dining also within walking distance."

"Loved this Aloft!! Stylish, cool decor and layout, lovely rooftop outdoor pool was a major bonus! Good snack shop/cafe counter, great location and loved the upstairs patio overlooking Biltmore Ave-felt like we were in the best part of town, and we really loved our hotel stay!!"

"Set in a beautiful place with lovely views all around. The hotel has history and old charm, but still well maintained. Dining options onsite are yummy. Easy to get to from Asheville airport. And close to exploring nature and downtown Asheville. We will go back. "

"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."

"The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable. "
