"Spectacular location, extremely comfortable, quiet with great views and well thought out amenities. Beautifully furnished and extremely welcoming owners. We loved this place!"
"I loved my stay here! I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Escalante. The property was private and quiet, and the owners are a delight! The yurt I stayed in was way more comfortable, clean, and nicer than a hotel. It is just a unique experience that I definitely recommend!"

With so many of the natural parks surrounding, this is a great place to use to experience them as a family.

Once things to note - there isn't a lot of eating options nearby (there are a few in escalante just not a lot like a big city) so bringing some of your own food may be helpful during your stay. They do have a small grocery store though which can help

Cute little western town with very friendly people. Had a nice grocery store and plenty of food options. Breakfast options were nill before 8 am so bring your own food if you want to hike early. Escalante Outfitters food was AEWESOME.

Very small friendly town. The activities around escalante are numerous, just be prepared before arrival since some activities are a good distance away and cell service drops off outside of the town.

Being our first time to Escalante, it was a nice little town with lots of mom and pop shops. They close early though, so get there in time to select what you want.

If you take the time to drive around it's interesting to see various historic properties. Recommend Magnolia cafe for coffee and breakfast

Great are for hiking but many trailheads require quite a long drive on dirt roads which can vary greatly from minute to minute.

Very small town, but very friendly. Escalante Outfitters has amazing pizza and ambiance. Cache Canning Company was a fun place to have ice cream at night and play with their dog.

Not much in Escalante, but this is a good base for hiking and exploring if the area is in your list.
"Beautiful property, incredible hosts, great views, midpoint to two National Parks and surrounded by just a small portion of the breathtaking Grand Staircase/Escalante BLM Monument. Unexpectedly had to change plans last minute and glad we found this beautiful place. The hosts captured everything that made the space feel like home. The tasteful decor humbly allows the breathtaking views remain the focal point. "
"The property was just perfect for our family. Excellent hiking in the area. This is a wonderful place to set up a basecamp for Escalante Staircase, Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef! "
"Ofland was a great experience! It is clear that they take care of the property and really want to make sure guest are taken care of. Airstream was perfect and the bathrooms/outdoor showers were amazing. "
"Worked great for what we needed. We were the only cabin occupied so we had the place to ourselves. If there had been full occupancy, we might have not enjoyed it so much. There is not any privacy outside and all fire pits are close to each other. We came back from our hike super late and still needed to cook our tin foil dinners. We were at our fire late and Im sure we would have been a bit annoying to our neighbors if we had any. Super clean facilities, would have LOVED a pool. "
"Met the owner out in the yard working and he was very informative and helpful. If you read the letter that they send out check in is very very easy (of course I didn't read it all the way through). The resort is very impressive with all the comforts of home. Would stay again if in the area."
