"I will never use Hotels.com again as I reserved 2 rooms and when I arrived hotels.com had only sent confirmation to the hotel for 1 room and will not refund the money I paid for the 2nd room on my reservation. Have use hotels.com for many years never again!!!!! I have my receipt for 2 rooms booked and paid for."
