Greeted at door and taken to our room with a tour of hotel in between. Absolutely beautiful, luxurious hotel. Room had everything we needed and more. "The property said it has three restaurants but only one was open. They offered a vegan option that was "Tuna tataki"... The reception/concierge staff were generally rude and unhelpful. If you want to order food to the hotel because they only have one restaurant, don't worry they will only charge you 30 euros to bring outside food into the hotel."

"Upon arrival we rang for access, but the bell had not sounded inside and we had to wait until other guests helped us to enter the building. From then on everything was perfect. We found free parking for our car and it was a v ery convenient 25 minute walk into central Cascais. "

"Excellent, modern hotel, well located close to important venues. Rooftop pool has an awesome view. Ocean is across the street and the beach is at few minutes walk. Personnel were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food served at breakfast was superb."
