"Fantastic 4 day stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive throughout - always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference after long days exploring Disney and the city. The hotel itself was spotless. Rooms and common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both excellent - great variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. A really solid offering that made it easy to start and end the day well without needing to go far. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible rust and signs that it had not been properly cleaned. The toilet was also broken at the bottom, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the service at the front desk was not welcoming. The staff member working there was unfriendly and repeatedly refused basic requests such as towels and water, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed."

"The surrounding area is excellent as its close.to the rail station and convenient stores and restaurants. However, the hotel seems to be outdated and old. The rooms are outdated although clean but feels like an 80s and 90s vibe. "

"Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku"

"Very central to all we wanted to do in Tokyo. The place was extremely clean. Also, very convenient to have a 7-11 located in the basement of the building. "
