"Breakfast buffet was very accommodating. I would like to see a few dishes changed from day to day to make it more attractive. We stayed 7 days and the selection remained unchanged.
We utilized the airport limousine service which dropped us off at curbside in front of the hotel. There were no signs to direct us to enter the hotel at ground level, the same entrance where the bus service to Disney comes. So we pushed our suitcases up the steep slope to the 1st floor of the hotel (same level as registration). This was not very accommodating. There should be a sign to direct your guest to walk a little further to the doors on the ground floor. Then they don’t have to deal with the steep ramp leading to the 1st floor of the hotel. Secondly, we wanted to mail a box to a friend that lived in Japan. We approached the front desk who told us to go to Lawson who could do that for us. We went to Lawson and they said no they do not provide that service we will have to go to the post office. The 2nd day we approached the front desk again to report that Lawson do not provide that mailing service and told us that there’s a Takubin service on the 1st floor. We went there and yes the lady was able to provide us the service we needed. I mention this to you, that your staff should all be aware of this service rather than lead your customers astray.
