Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast and the location can't be beat. Great Ginza location next to Tsukiji market, subway, shopping, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are new and modern and a little tight but it's Tokyo!

It was an incredible stay that was only a 6 min walk to Tokyo station and an even closer walk for the Ginza line. There is a 24 hour 7/11 on the first floor that is very convenient to get a meal and even burn the change you have collected throughout the day. 10/10 will stay again

I chose the Lyf Tokyo Ginza hotel because it's just a 2-minute walk from Kyobashi Station and also close to Takaracho Station (about 3 minutes). The small size of the subway station makes it easy to navigate without getting lost. The Ginza Line offers excellent access to Asakusa, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station, and there's a direct subway connection to Haneda Airport, which takes about 30-40 minutes. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The front desk staff was professional and welcoming. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It had very nice amenities. The shower was amazing. You can have free snacks in the afternoon and evening. The location is convenient. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

The hot spring was a nice amenity. The overall experience was relaxing and space was clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Excellent hotel for visiting the city and Ginza. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only complaint would be the fitness room was small and rooms facing the street had lots of noise from trucks passing by early morning that disrupted my sleep. I would give up the view and go for a room off the street next time.

Great hotel! Train right infront of the entrance of hotel which gets you everywhere you wanna go. 711 on the same block, AC works amazing for those very hot days, close to Tokyo station if your coming or leaving with luggage.

The room was pretty small for 3 adults, but as they say it’s Tokyo. The location is very convenient. Staff are pleasant. There’s lounge area where my son enjoyed playing vinyl records at the end of the day or early mornings.

They have free soda, tea, coffee, latte, ice cream , snacks at the ground floor from 10 am until midnight. Free toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, towel for scrubbing, hair ties, brush and comb, shaver and shaving cream even a free Decorte (facial care) at the lobby. As I have been using this hotel since 90’s, I can tell inside the room is a bit outdated. Still nice but they could update the bathroom. Apart from that, this is my go-to hotel when I visit Tokyo - business and pleasure. The location is very nice as it is right next to T-CAT (Haneda and Narita airport) and it is right above the metro station (Suitengu). I can hop on a train and go anywhere from there.
