"The room at the Captain's Table was not clean when we arrived and were issues our keys. We were given a better room at the Ivey House. Both hotels are managed by the same group with check-in at the Ivey House. The room at the Ivey House was nicer and the property appearance was better and looked better maintained."

"For the price per night. Cockroach in bathtub, dead bugs everywhere. Bedroom with curtain that doesnt close a bed shoved in a space. Ice maker doesnt work, burner on stove doesnt work, musty smell, furniture so low cant get out of. No regulation of air or heat. Giant step to get in and out. Should have a step there. Worst place we have stayed in everglades."
