I just wanted to share how thrilled I am about our experience at this resort. We’ve only vacationed at Caribbean resorts in the past, so this was our first time visiting Turkey — and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Even though we always choose 5-star hotels, Swandor Topkapi Palace has truly been the best one so far. Everything was amazing — from the beautifully maintained grounds to the lovely beach, and especially the delicious food. We stayed in a duplex, which was perfect for us and my 79-year-old mom — very spacious and comfortable for three adults. I’d like to give a very special shout-out to a wonderful staff member named Dilafruz. On our first day, while we were away for our dental appointments, my mom got lost on the resort grounds. Dilafruz not only helped her find her way back to our room but also made sure she had something to eat. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care touched me deeply, and I’ll always be grateful for the way she looked after my mom. It was truly above and beyond, and that kind of compassion is rare to find. Thank you, Swandor Topkapi Palace, for such a beautiful and unforgettable stay!

Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!! Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card. Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them. Enjoy!!!
