This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Fallbrook. The adorable property features plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. This unique mediterranean design estate is new renovated, elevated position provides peaceful and panoramic views. The home offers complete privacy and modern comforts. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

*ADU: 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom
*All rooms with AC + Heating Radiator + Ceiling Fan
*2 Fireplaces
*Heated Swimming pool + Jacuzzi
*Pool table, fuzzball table, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc.
*Kid’s playground: trampoline, sandbox, picnic tables, swings, slide, etc.
*Mature fruit trees.
*Rolling Hill view from each room.

This property is done of renovation by the end of May 2025, we listed on Vrbo in June. We did all the work by our hands: from each Saltillo tile on the floor to all the paintings on the wall. We built the kids playground for our young children; parents can watch them and also sit to relax. We built the ADU for our parents, they can sit near the pool to enjoy the breeze from the ocean and the peaceful view from valley. We wish you will like our place too and have good time here.
