"We had an incredible stay at this home! It was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. With a group of nine, there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, enjoy their own space, and even have their own bathroom—which made things so easy.The host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was just as impressive. We saw dolphins every single day and even had wild horses wander through the yard several times—such a unique and memorable experience.Access to the beach was quick and easy, and the pool was large, spotless, and perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with everything we needed: plenty of towels and linens, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and even toys for the pool and beach.One thing to note: driving on the beach can be tricky if you’re not prepared. Make sure to air down your tires and do your research ahead of time. It’s definitely manageable, but knowing what to expect makes a big difference.We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. A perfect beach getaway!"

"Wonderful property. Convenient drive to the beach and very secluded 11 miles up the beach. Loved the garage- could pull our jeep right into the garage with the doors off without worry. Grill was convenient-deck was nice. Horses came up to the yard. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks John for a great, affordable stay for my wife and I. "

"The hosts were amazing! The house and property were beautiful! There were so many great memories we were able to make with our family. Ranging from the wild horses that we watched while drinking our morning coffee on the covered deck to having fun at the beach with our children. Just an all around awesome experience. We can't wait to come back and do it again!"

"My husband and I were fortunate to spend 8 days here. The home is lovely and the owners have provided such thoughtful touches. The pups have their own blankets, bowls, and beds available. Unlike many rentals, even laundry detergent and fabulous name-brand coolers are available for your use. It feels like you are at a friend’s home. There are personal pictures and even a coffee table made from the owners’ wedding sign. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! This is assuming you like things the way they are in Carova Beach…far from the hustle and bustle of the commercialized world. The back of the property is a forest and the beach is just a short drive over the dunes with your 4x4 vehicle. Heaven!"

"We were a large group (6 adults and 2 kids) on a trip for a tournament in the area. We lucked out when we found this spot right on the beach! The hostess was amazing! She was very responsive to all of my questions ahead of our trip and she made the check in/check out processes very easy! She successfully personalized our visit by providing little goodie baskets for each of the kids and asking us how our tournament was going in addition to making sure we arrived safely and smoothly, which was so thoughtful! The condo itself was very clean and spacious! There were enough beds for everyone and the bathroom off of each bedroom made for easy mornings and evenings! The kitchen was well stocked with cups/mugs/silverware and a coffee maker AND a keurig. Dishwasher pods were provided. The living room/dining room was large and could accomodate all of us when we were hanging out in the evening. There were dvds for the kids to watch. The view from the wrap-around porch was breath-taking. It was great to be able to do laundry in the condo!The host provided two parking passes and there was a public lot (4.60 per day) a short walk from the condo for additional cars. We had direct beach access and the pools on the property were a great option for something a little quieter. There also was a great little playground and park right near the public parking lot that was an unexpected bonus!There were plenty of options for food within walking distance and many more just a short drive away."

"Shore Thing Condo was awesome! Even nicer & more spacious than the pictures make it look. I'm particular about cleanliness - the place was spotless! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets & the SUPER easy elevator ride down to the beach. Having laundry in the room made our family's stay SO much easier! There is a trash chute & recycling drop off down the hall, & you are right next to the elevator, but don't worry: You can't hear it from the room at all! Free on site parking was a plus. The owners keep the condo stocked SO well! High quality products & plenty of them in the kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry room. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, cooking supplies, the whole 9 yards! Plenty of storage space throughout as well for all your belongings. You'll have to drive a little bit to any stores, but there's a small shop across the street that sells ice, & Kroger does deliver to the address. We also had plenty of doordash options. We LOVED the Rustic Spoon just a little drive into town, and we highly recommend the street corn at Jose Tequilas, which is IN the complex! The pools are kept a perfect temperature & well maintained daily. The beds were pretty comfortable, & there's a TV in each room. If I HAD to suggest any improvements, I would ask for a table on the balcony, a new living room couch, & a full length mirror somewhere. But really, none of that bothered us bc overall the place was great. We definitely want to return! Many thanks to Michelle and Brad!"
