Terrasses offrant une tres belle vue. La piece de vie est spacieuse et lumineuse.La prestation hoteliere pourrait etre ameliorée, lit en 140, drap bas de gamme. Certains volets electriques ne fonctionnent pas et la paroi de la douche de la salle de bains du bas fait defaut. Mais nous avons passé un tres agreable sejour.

Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Wahrheit. Das es mehr als 50m zum Strand sind ist kein Problem, aber der Strand ist definitiv nicht weiß, nicht einmal annähernd. Es gibt in Farinole keinen weißen Strand!!!!!Die Elektrik im Haus ist zum Teil defekt! Das Haus weißt extreme Risse auf und die Reinigungsgenühr hätten wir gerne erstattet. Es ist nicht dreckig aber auch nicht geputzt.Aufgrund der aus unserer Sicht falschen Ausschreibung, weißer Sandstrand, sollte man eigentlich prüfen ob eine Ersrattung geltent gemacht werden kann. Die Spüle hat auch einen defekt und einige Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig öffnen. Für diese ganzen Mängel ist die Unterkunft viel viel viel zu teuer, oder sieht so ein gereinigter Toaster aus? Ach so, die Duschtür ging angeblich 2 Tage vor Anreise kaputt. Unserer Meinung nach ist sie schon länger defekt. Jetzt sind wir gespannt wir eine bezogene Rückmeldung bekommen, aber 2x geben wir bei Fewo nicht so viel Geld für solch eine Unterkunft aus. Die Bilder sind nur eine kleine Auswahl Jürgen

À notre arrivée, nous apprenons que :Les 2 volets de la suite vue mer à l'étage sont fermés et condamnés (pb électrique)Une terrasse condamnée. Une seule clim dans la suite à l'étage (présentée dans l'annonce comme équipement de la villa). Contrainte d'éteindre les éclairages du salon et du couloir au tableau électrique.Fermeture de la porte d'entrée défaillante.Concernant l'hygiène :Ménage de la maison non effectué (sable résiduel sur les sols non lavés, draps non changés dans une chambre, serviette de toilette déjà utilisée et repliée humide dans l'armoire, oreillers tachés sans alèses, matelas tâchés, intérieurs des armoires non aspirés, robinetterie non nettoyée, planche à découper de la cuisine non nettoyée également, vitres sales...). Bref, nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant. Plage à 50 m ? A vol d'oiseau ?Ceci dit, proximité permettant de s'y déplacer à pied, ce qui est très appréciable.Nous avons également aimé la vue exceptionnelle des 2 terrasses sur la mer et la proximité avec Saint Florent. Fred, le représentant des propriétaires, qui nous a accueilli, à fait preuve d'amabilité à nos arrivée et départ.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Maison moderne idéalement située à côté de la petite plage de Farinole, dans un bel environnement. Cependant, la maison manque de confort et certaines finitions ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Climatisation dans une seule pièce, route bruyante à proximité et problèmes de serrure et d électricité. De plus, le jardin n est pas du tout exploitable.

Modern, clean and well equipped house with stunning sunset views of the sea.

We loved our week here, the house and the region of Corsica were just what we were looking for. The house is located in a less developed part of Corsica. There is very little in walking distance so a car is necessary but within a very short drive there are some great restaurants, activities and beaches. The house is modern and very clean. I miss the stunning views from the terrace and the top floor.

Parfait

la villa est très agréable. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Les chambres du bas ne sont pas climatisés et c'est bien dommage. Le dortoir est vraiment et uniquement destiné aux enfants (petits lits). La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire. La maison est bien équipée.

Superbe maison, vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un exellent séjour: Belle maison, bien équipée, vue spendide. Situation idéale pour visiter le Cap Corse, Saint Florent, Ile Rousse, le désert des Agriates tout en profitant des plages, et des caves de Patrimonio. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers, idéalement située lorsque l on arrive de Bastia en bateau.

Très bien au global

Notre séjour s’est bien passé et la maison est conforme à la description. La vue notamment est splendide. Mais la plage n’est pas à 50 m comme le décrit l’annonce mais plutôt à 300 m ! Et la maison surplombe une route assez bruyante ! Il manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine et de transats pour une maison qui doit accueillir 8 personnes. Du matériel de plage serait le bienvenu (petits sièges, parasols).

Superbe villa moderne avec une vue dont on se lasse pas

La description et les photos de l annonce sont fidèles à la réalité. La plage de sable est à 50 m â pied. Sa localisation permet de rejoindre facilement St Florent, Nonza et le reste du Cap Corse en général. C est tout simplement parfait.
