"The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we booked right up to when we left. The flat had everything we needed and was in a a quiet area. The photo's on the website were a bit misleading (although I realise there were different prices of room displayed) . The amount we paid for one night would equal a luxury stay anywhere else, what we got was basic but adequate, that's London prices for you I guess. . We did appreciate being upgraded last minute to a slightly larger apartment. Overall the flat was a decent standard and provided everything we needed."
