"Lovely cottage clean. And well maintained nothing was to much Trouble if you wanted to contact the owner."

"Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you "

"Very nice location. Lovely cottage. Nice and warm and cozy. Very well equiped."

"Very enjoyable stay has all the requirements you need and lovely hosts"

"The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! "

"Lovely little cottage, really enjoyed our stay. Old and quirky. Kitchen fully equipped. Fabulous welcome basket."

"Beautiful property in a great location."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage, couldn't have wished for more and Lou was an amazing host. Thank you Lou for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be returning x"

"Ideal for a short break, we were attending a wedding in the area and the cottage was ideal."

"A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved."

"Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again."

"Toller Blick auf das Meer und dem Frachthafen Eine bessere Küchenausstattung und neue Duschbrausen wären nötig "

"The cottage and barn annexe were beautiful. In a lovely setting with a fantastic large secure garden. Well equipped and heated with a great log burner. All contact with the owner was efficient and they were helpful. Would definitely return."
