I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.

Was so good, totally recommend,one of the best hotels o have stayed at for the Price,will be staying here from now on, loved it, pool awesome to, really comfy beds very large open space.

Great place would stay again good location

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Front staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for an early check in. Room was excellent, super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location.

The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. This was a very nice hotel! Nicely equipped kitchen, nice big shower, comfortable bed with extra blanket! The best was the washer and dryer in our room! The location in cbd was perfect. Close to shopping! I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if ever in Brisbane
